Please take extra care when assessing moccasin sizing to ensure you get the correct sizing for you. If you have any questions or concerns about sizing please feel free to contact us so we can assist you prior to ordering. 

Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns for refund within 30 days of purchase date are accepted for a refund of the purchase price of that product (excluding shipping/delivery costs and 15% restocking fee). All costs associated with returning item(s) back to us are your responsibility.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returned products must not be worn, nor washed and all tags in place.

Acceptance of returned goods are subject to the goods being inspected by us upon return, to determine if product(s) are in original, undamaged, not used or worn, condition. Refused items will be returned back to you at your expense. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged at the manufacturer's fault. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will assist you with this process. 

We will also accept an exchange for a difference size, as long as it is within 30 days of the purchase and product is deemed unworn, unwashed and in a new condition. It is important to note that prior to ordering colours presented on the website are as accurate depictions as possible, however colour preference change will not be accepted as an exchange. Please be aware that all costs associated with returning item(s) back to us are your responsibility.


We will provide a replacement if your moccasins have a manufacturing fault. However, please be aware that we will consider how long you have had your moccasins, their everyday use/condition and the nature of the fault. If you have any questions or queries please contact us prior to wearing the product and we will be happy to help.

Things that are not covered under warranty: 

General/everyday wear and tear 

Any actions that will decrease the lifespan of the moccasins (eg. walking on grass or outdoor areas).

Intentional/accidental damage 

Any loose sheepskin. As all moccasins and booties are manufactured by hand using 100% sheepskin, in the first few days there may be some loose wool present. This will subside within a week and does not deem the product faulty. 

Sale/Custom Made items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or custom made items cannot be refunded.
